Payment Terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
- If cancelled 90 days or more before arrival, the guest will be refunded 50% of the total amount paid.
- If cancelled within 90 days before arrival, no refund of the paid amount will be issued.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.

Nakon potvrde termina, za rezervaciju je potrebno u roku od 24 sata uplatiti akontaciju i poslati potvrdu o uplati ili izvršiti plaćanje putem sustava na stranici. Ako uplata nije izvršena u navedenom roku, rezervacija se automatski otkazuje. Sve rezervacije putem naše stranice direktne su rezervacije kod vlasnika, bez posrednika i uz 0% provizije.
